EULA - End User License Agreement

License agreement for the package:

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and and the author of this software package. By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not install or use this software.

You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of this software on your computers. If you wish to using this software commercially you must to contact with the author at the e-mail: lito@udc.es

You may give this software package to your friends, burn it onto your own CD-Rom's (or other media). and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers as long as the original package remains unmodified. (Does not apply to custom compression/archival methods. Compressing it to a single zip/arj/... file is ok). There are no restrictions concerning eventual copying fees of commercial distributors. This part does not apply if this package is marked as beta-release. Beta-Releases may not be distributed to anyone else.

All rights in the Software (including any images or text incorporated into the Software) are owned by the author of this software. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part of this software. You may not rent or lease the software. The author of this software does not guarantee that this software is free from bugs or free from viruses.

This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.

The author will not make available Technical Support for this Software. The author may, from time to time, revise or update the Software. In so doing, the author incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or updates to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ANY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IN ANY CASE, ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE DISCLAIMS THE AUTHOR ANY COMPLETE AND CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
